Yes, I consider my stock stolen when it's used without showing me and/or putting it on dA. Stock used that has been shown to me, but not put up on dA, is saved to my computer so I know you have permission to use it incase I come across it somewhere. Also, PLEASE DO NOT USE MY STOCK ON HORSELAND.



If you are looking for a certain pose, but you can't find it, just send a note to [my main dA account; send it there for a quicker response] or here telling me what you want and which horse you want it with. I cannot always get what you want, so keep that in mind. So, don't get mad. Oh, and it might take me some time to get what you want, so don't rush me, because I'll just flat out refuse. Be patient. I have a life, and a very, very busy one at that. School and work keep me busy.

Okay, I offer all my pics as stock, but you MUST follow these rules, or I can and WILL take legal action against you. I choose to let people use my pictures. If you abuse that, then no one will be able to use them. NO ONE. So, don't take advantage of my kindness, because let me tell you, if I see one picture with one of my horses used in it and there is no credit, I will not hesitate to take down my pictures. If you try to claim them as your own, you will get one rude message from me, and possibly others. So, if you understand what I'm saying, Proceed.

And that.. is what makes me mad. Listen, just because YOU know what DA means doesn't mean that other people do! Some people have never even HEARD of Deviantart! So if they see your image with MY stock in it, and they want to see my stock for themselves, where the heck are they going to look for my images if they have no freaking clue what/where DA is?!?! ALL I ask is that you put 'Horse from Cineh . deviantart . com OR from Cineh @ Deviantart.com'. THIS IS ALL I ASK. If I see myself being creditted other than what these rules state over and over again, I WILL NOT hesitate to CLOSE this account, so that NO ONE can use my stock. So, just follow these simple rules, and my stock will be here forever. Or, you can choose to not follow them, and force me to close this account, disappointing all those who like my stock and didn't do anything.

[sigh] I've just found out that several people on the RPG i frequently make manips for feel that I don't deserve my co-admin status, and think that I'm rude and disrespectful. um.. what the heck? I know two people that the owner told me of, but she wouldn't tell me anyone else.. I'm so mad/upset right now..
